TeamSTEPPS Module 4: Mutual Support
Module 4 covers the mutual support concepts and tools included in TeamSTEPPS. This module includes a high-level overview (section 1), an explanation of the mutual support concepts and tools (section 2), and guidance and slides for teaching them (section 3). Information about implementing the module's tools, including the assessment of an organization’s readiness for TeamSTEPPS, is provided in the Implementation section (section 4).
