This free Webcast from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) featured innovative strategies used by two Medicaid health plans to significantly improve their scores on the CAHPS Health Plan Survey. Speakers from health plans in Ohio and Oregon highlighted the specific improvement strategies they implemented, barriers they addressed, results they achieved, and key lessons they learned.
