One-page information sheet that provides a basic summary of decolonization and the importance of CHG bathing.
Patient Instruction Sheet: Patient Instructions: Bathing With CHG Cloths (DOCX, 1.2 MB)
Provides patient instructions for self-bathing with CHG using pre-packed CHG cloths, if your unit offers this as an option.
Note: Staff should review the instructions with patients beforehand. Staff should assist with hard-to-reach places and conduct cleaning of any medical devices.
