CAHPS® Home Health Care Survey
The CAHPS Home Health Care Survey addresses the experiences of home health care patients with agency staff. It covers topics such as patient care, communication, and pain and medication. The measures from this survey were among those endorsed by NQF in April 2009. In January 2015, the NQF endorsement for the CAHPS Home Health Care Survey was renewed.
